Research Integrity Training for PhD’s and PostDocs

PhD's and PostDocs.

Learning Objectives

Participants of this training will learn about the rules and norms of research integrity, but with a focus on promoting reflection on personal attitudes and behaviour. The training takes a virtue-based approach (developed by project VIRT2UE with funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme) and supports participants in reflecting on their own understanding of, and own positions towards research integrity. It promotes the understanding of the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity as well as the DFG Guidelines for Safeguarding Good Research Practice.

Format

The Workshop includes an asynchronous online workshop that provides an introduction to research integrity and  the main research issues (time investment: approx. 3 hours) and a face-to-face online meeting nteractive and reflective activities.

Day, Time and Venue

The asynchronous online workshop (designed for individual learning) can be accessed between May 1-19, 2021.

The live online meeting will take place on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 9am - 1pm.
