(Writing) tutors often find themselves designing tutorial teaching without awareness of their new role and without didactic guidance. In these training programs, prospective (writing) tutors are sensitized to their new role, practice conceptualizing their teaching, learn about didactic tools for their teaching, and receive constructive feedback on their teaching concept. |

Note on tutor training in the winter semester 2024/25
The tutor training programme will pause in the winter semester 2024/25. We are using this break to update and comprehensively revise the training programme. Our aim is to further optimise the training in order to meet the current and future requirements of tutorial teaching. The new concept will start in the summer semester 2025. We will keep you informed about current developments on our website. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you in the next summer semester 2025 with a revised training programme.

For tutors of JGU the training program is completely free of charge. For the completion of all training units the participants will receive a tutor training certificate.
The tutor training is offered by the Center for Quality Assurance and Development.
