Tutors often find themselves in the situation of having to design tutorials themselves without a concrete understanding of their role and without didactic guidance. In this training programme, (future) tutors are made aware of their new role, try out ways of planning their teaching, get to know didactic tools for their teaching and receive constructive feedback on their teaching concept. |
This course is only offered in German. |
Target group:
Future tutors and tutors with initial experience in tutorial work from all departments at JGU.
Aims:
The participants
- reflect on their role as a tutor, recognise key tasks and responsibilities and consciously differentiate their work from that of lecturers and fellow students,
- gain the didactic basics to plan tutorial teaching in a learning objective-oriented manner and to organise it in a way that promotes learning using suitable methods and social forms,
- make targeted use of varied methods and visualisations to activate students and support the transfer of learning content,
- consciously manage group processes, use appropriate moderation as well as methodological skills and provide systematic support for collaboration,
